LEWISHAM OFFICE
Lewisham Office
Our Lewisham service operates from a shared office base supporting the Bromley, Lewisham and Southwark communities. We have a strong track record of delivering personalised, person-centred care, treatment and support, underpinned by active involvement of the people we support and, where appropriate, their families and carers.
Children, young people and adults are fully involved in the planning and delivery of their care. We ensure that individuals are supported to make informed choices, exercise control, and influence decisions about their care in a way that respects their rights, preferences and aspirations. Our approach is centred on empowerment — enabling people to take an active role in their care and to achieve positive outcomes that improve their quality of life.
We work in accordance with the principle of “doing with, not for”, supporting individuals to build and maintain independence. Care is delivered through small, measurable and achievable goals, promoting confidence, wellbeing, and long-term independence while recognising each person’s unique abilities and potential.
Our workforce is recruited through a robust values-based approach, ensuring alignment with our organisational ethos. We select staff who demonstrate compassion, patience, reliability, respect and a genuine commitment to providing high-quality care. All staff receive comprehensive training, including the management of complex health conditions and behaviours that may challenge, ensuring care is delivered safely, respectfully and with dignity at all times.
Unique Personnel has been operating in Lewisham since 2022, and we are proud that our Lewisham branch has been inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and has achieved an overall rating of Good, reflecting the quality, safety and effectiveness of the care we provide.
