End Of Life care allows terminally ill clients the opportunity to die with dignity in familiar and comforting surroundings. Coping with a terminal condition can be a difficult and painful time for everyone. We are committed to delivering a sensitive and caring service that enables our serice users to remain comfortable and supported in their own home, surrounded by their loved ones.
Our carers will help provide support within the home with prompting medication use, companionship, domestic care, personal and hygiene care and specialist care.
We strive to provide the highest quality of care in an environment that is surrounded by their memories and the people that they love. This fully managed services offers you the extra reassurance that if your care requirements change, we can easily change the support to suit to you.
Our dedicated End of Life Care teams are specially trained to support those with terminal conditions, and work closely with the relevant health care professionals to ensure you receive the best possible care.
