Unique-Personnel (UK) Ltd. was established in 2001 to provide specialised home care services to the Local Communities in England. We have successfully built over 6 branches over the years including; East London, Lambeth, Croydon, Tower Hamlets, Bexley, Lewisham, Brent, and Ealing. We aim to be one of the Leading Care Providers in England.

Domiciliary care service means you can stay in the comfort of your own home, while our team of carers will support you with personal care like bathing and dressing, reminding you to take your medication, our simply helping you out with odd jobs around the house.

All our daily home carers have not one, but two rigorous interviews. They will have undergone psychological testing to make sure they have the right temperament for the job and we always ask for – and talk to – at least two referees. We also ensure all our carers have completed a Disclosure and Barring Service check.

Our team of carers are all professionally trained and we do all the reference checking, interviewing and managing of your care – so you don’t have to. We also provide back-up carers, so if for any reason you’re usual daily home carer can’t make it, we’ll make sure someone else can cover. With an agency like Unique-Personnel (UK) LTD. Home care, it’s all about providing peace of mind for you and your family.

Services will be suspended during hospital admission and started again when you come out. If you are going on holiday or a day out it is important to contact us so we can suspend your services. If your services are not suspended and we have a no reply, it is our duty to find out why we have no answer. Therefore, it is very important to let us know if you are going to be out.

We will hold a Review with yourself, carers, family and friends to discuss the service you are receiving. The discussion will help us ensure that we are meeting standards and providing a quality service for you

Unique-Prsonnel carry out regular reviews of the service, the frequency is dependant upon the level of care required and if there are any changes that take place. We will let you know in writing and by phone of the date of your review. A member of your local Uniue-Personnel office will undertake the review.

Under the Health and Safety Regulations 1992 we must assess the risks to the health and safety of our employees whilst in work. This is called a risk assessment. We need to identify any risks to yourself and workers entering and leaving your home. As a result of the risk assessment, we may make suggestions for changes that ensure a safe working environment.
